Zerode Industries is a Rotorua based company which has revolutionised the mountain biking industry.  Where many of the big brands have prototyped then shelved the idea, Zerode Industries has designed an internal gearbox downhill mountain bike chassis.

The aim being to reduce the unsprung weight, remove the fragile components that are regularly destroyed and most importantly improve the bump absorbing ability.  Fabrication of the main frame and rear suspension components is done in the USA, with the assembly done in Rotorua.

IHL manufacture all the custom frame hardware.
