CUSTOM MANIFOLDS

Integrated Hydraulics Limited will work from your hydraulic circuit and any special layout requirements to design a manifold best suited to your specifications. We ensure that you receive a high level of technical support and advice throughout the design process and encourage you to have as much or as little input into your design as you want.

Our design team uses the latest in 3D parametric software with complete integrated circuit checking to design our manifolds. This ensures a high level of accuracy and quality control from the outset of the design.

Manifolds are usually manufactured from Aluminium or Ductile Iron but special requests for other materials will be quoted.

Integrated Hydraulics Ltd is able to provide precision machining services to meet its customers’ most intricate and complex requirements.

We offer a fast, flexible response to our customers’ needs, whether they be in prototype or production volumes.

Using 3D design and programming software we are able to manufacture components in mass quantities with the same precision, tight tolerances and attention to detail that we treat our custom machining and prototype products.

Precision machined parts are available in most metals, alloys and plastics.
