Our History
IHL was founded in 1987 to address the need for custom designed hydraulic manifolds in an industry that was very much in its growth stage. We started solely with local clients and now export manifolds to six countries worldwide.
When founded IHL had two staff members, all manifolds were draughted by hand and then manually machined.
Today, we employ more than 30 staff, operate multiple CNC machines, use 3D parametric software with complete integrated circuit checking to design our manifolds, and use the thermal energy method to deburr our finished components. This technology, coupled with our experienced and dedicated design and manufacturing team means we are able to ensure that our customers receive a product that is superior in functionality as well as quality.
